Oh, you would totally love Paddington. The books have an excellent combination of dry wit and slapstick-ish-ness. Plus Paddingon has a real penchant for marmalade sandwiches and hot cocoa that I feel you could relate to.

Mine too! Count me in! I’ve never read Paddington either but now I have to. He sounds adorable anyway. I think my favorite bear of all time is still Little Bear, though.

I LOVED Paddington. Still do, if I could ever stay with one book (lolz). Also, the “Mortimer Raven” books by Joan Aiken…deserves much more applause!
